第19屆中藥全球化聯盟（CGCM）會議於2023年8月22日至24日在中國成都舉行，由中藥全球化聯盟主辦，成都中醫藥大學擔任當地的承辦機構。CGCM是一個全球導向、非營利、無歧視和無政治傾向的實體，其根本使命是透過全球學術機構、產業界和監管機構的協作，推動中藥材醫學造福全人類。2003年，CGCM從來自全球16個機構的聚會中成立，中央研究院是其中一個資助機構。美國耶魯大學的教授Tommy YC Cheng(鄭永齊院士)是聯盟的創辦人兼主席，目前總部設於香港大學。CGCM已擴展至包括144個機構會員和25個業界附屬會員。會議議程包括不同機構會員代表的區域報告，涵蓋了13個議題/類別。

這次的會議規模相當盛大，總計有615位註冊參與者和533篇提交的論文摘要。在每個議題中，各議題主席選擇了一些摘要，並邀請他們發表簡短的演講。值得一提的是，今年會議的第一天晚宴活動中也隆重慶祝了CGCM成立20周年。
鄒牧帆博士是慈濟大學和中央研究院聯合轉譯醫學博士學位學程的博士候選人，同時也是關山慈濟醫院的中醫師。她在「Polychemical Activities and Mechanism Study」議題下的「Cancer, Immunomodulation, and Inflammation」類別中，以「Research on Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients of a Medicinal Orchid Combating Vemurafenib Resistant Melanoma」為題，進行口頭報告，分享了她的研究成果。這個議題目的是強調中醫藥與疾病的基因特徵，旨在找到中醫藥治療或緩解這些疾病的有效方法，最終提升每個人的健康水平。在「Cancer」類別中，總共有61個摘要，但僅有19位研究者被選為口頭報告的演講者。 這次演講簡潔地介紹了徐麗芬老師實驗室的最新研究成果，該研究關注藥用蘭植物提取物對BRAFi耐藥黑色素瘤細胞的新效應，並以體外和NOD/SCID異種移植小鼠模型進行實驗。報告展示了小鼠腫瘤組織的免疫組織化學染色結果，清楚顯示出對BRAFi耐藥相關生物標誌物的抑制作用。鄒牧帆同學還榮幸獲得CGCM頒發的Travel Grant，以支持她的研究發表。
